BeNexus provides AI receptionist, quoting and admin automation services to UK small businesses. BeNexus is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. For any privacy questions, email hello@benexus.ai.
2. What we collect
When you book a demo or contact us through our form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, your preferred day and time, and anything you tell us in your message. We may also collect basic technical information about your visit through cookies (see below).
3. How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your demo request or enquiry, arrange and run your demo, and follow up about it. We will not send you marketing unless you have agreed to it.
4. Our lawful basis
We process your details because you have asked us to contact you, and it is in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and take steps you have requested before any agreement.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is handled by trusted service providers who help us run this website and our email, such as our website host, and only on our instructions.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and demo details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
7. Cookies
This website may use cookies, including for site analytics, to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email hello@benexus.ai.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at hello@benexus.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
10. Calls to our AI demo line
Calls to our demo line (0141 673 6500) are answered by an AI voice assistant provided by xAI, routed through Twilio. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and may be processed outside the UK, including in the US. The call details are used to follow up the enquiry and are kept only as long as needed to follow up your enquiry.
